Need subscribers moved from .com to .org site

  I’ve scoured this forum, and it seems like the appropriate way to move subscribers when migrating from a WordPress.com site to WordPress.org is to open a new topic here. Assuming this is correct, would I be able to have my subscribers moved from indiscriminatecritic.wordpress.com to indiscriminatecritic.com? Thank you so much in advance.
