Need subscribers moved from Free WP blog to new web hosting site

Add topic to favorites
Recently purchased web hosting and need my subscribers from the old site moved to the new one.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What’s required is:
(1) You install and activate the JetPack plugin on your WordPress.org install;
(2) You post both the .wordpress.com URL and the domain URL into this forum thread;
(3) You type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of the forum thread.

Then Staff will be able to transfer your email subscribers for you. Note that those follower using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.

I disconnected and reconnected again so maybe now it will show activated
