Need subscribers moved from WordPress.com to self-hosted WordPress.org site

  Hello,

  We just transferred our blog from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress.org site, and I need our current subscribers moved over. I understand from several previous threads that this can be done by WordPress staff, so this is my official request. :)

  Our hosted site is promega.wordpress.com
  Our self-hosted site is http://www.promegaconnections.com

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.
