Need suggestions for FAQ layout

  I’d like to create a FAQ page for my WordPress.com site.

  It would be nice if there were a way to provide the user with a way to review all of the questions in one place without having to scroll through all of the answers.

  There are a couple of common approaches to this problem but I need help figuring out how to implement them in WordPress.com.

  The first approach is to list all of the questions at the top. Each question is a hyperlink targeting the answer which appears later in the page.

  The second approach is to list all of the questions at the top. Each question is a hyperlink which, when clicked, expands vertically to reveal an answer.

  Can either approach be implemented in WordPress.com?

  Only the first option is available. You need to learn the code for jump links.
