  If you have forgotten your email ID, try logging into that account with your username and if you do not remember the username as well you will have to fill up this account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery, where you will have to provide certain information under the Proof of Ownership section to prove and verify that your are the owner of that site.
