  I had someone set up the website for me a while back. I need to update it and make changes often. I am a real estate agent selling new homes in a subdivision.
  I am lost. Need to find someone to help me by looking at the website to see if it can be updated.

  Hi Alice,

  That site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. So to be able to manage that site, you need to log in to that other account or ask the owner of it to transfer it over to you.

  If that other account was created by you and you don’t remember the login credentials, you can recover access to it by following this guide:
