need support staff to remove premium theme upgrade

  I am trying to permanently delete my site but I have a purchased upgrade theme and apparently I cannot remove this upgrade on my own.

  Can someone please help!

  Premium themes must be removed by Staff or transferred to another of your sites registered under the same username account.

  Which is the two do you select please.

  Looks like you have too many stock responses and no time to customize ;)

  Yes again a modlook tag was posted without requesting the relevant details from the person making the request. That neglectful practice that will slow down the time to get a resolution to the issue. Do not just tag threads for Staff without asking for relevant details please.

  Which one do you want please? If you want a transfer then what is the URL of the site you want the premium them transferred to?

  I’m so sorry if I sounded harsh. :( Please understand that I am visually challenged and I strive to make the correct changes to copy paste responses as much as I struggle to focus so I can read. Sometimes I miss the mark and that makes me sad. :(

  Hello all – this is obviously new to me which is why i may not have filled out all of the fields accurately. This is my site https://courtnaymeletta.wordpress.com/

  I would like to delete it permanently but apparently cannot do so because I paid for a premium theme upgrade. I was told by an expert in a chat that I had to ask for support here by using #modlook.

  Can someone please be very clear what I need to do in my next steps. I am looking to have the upgrade removed so I can simply delete my wordpress site.

  Thanks for confirming that you want the theme deleted and not transferred. All you need to do now is to wait patiently for Staff to remove it.

  @cmeletta – I have remvoed the theme for your account so that you can delete your site.

  If you want to permanently delete your site, please follow this guide:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.

  If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  if you choose the latter option, I can reenable the theme subscription in case you ever decide to use it in the future.

  @timethief – don’t get to down on yourself – you’re entitled to make a mistake every year or so. ;)
