Need support to recover login used for our website after an employee left

  We have a paid site, but can’t login after an employee left giving us the incorrect login. The site is still paid, and is still online, but we can’t access the site. How can we get the login for our site so we can update it. The login we have has nothing, no billing, and no sites.
