Need Support to reset my 2FA

I’ve lost access to my backup codes and I no longer have the same phone or the phone number that I used for two factor authentication app. I’ve had this account for 12 years the one I’m trying to access. I had to create a new acct to ask for help in recovering.How do I get support to remove the 2FA so I can update my new number and add register this new device for 2FA?

I completely understand your need to recover access to your 12yo website.
Since you no longer have the 2FA phone number, you can use the account recovery process. To start, visit the Lost Password page, click “Need More Help?” and then “Recover my account”. You’ll need to provide either a transaction ID from a past purchase, an activation URL/key from your signup email, or other verification information.
