Need TABS ASAP

  Hello,
  I am creating a blog+ website that would be able to post links and discussions but is having trouble creating tabs outside of the home page. I wanted about seven tabs with 5 sub-tabs if possible. For example, one tab would say: 5 Part Series, and the five sub-tabs would be: high school, community college, university, graduate, and doctorate/Ph.D. Would you be able to help me create that, and if so as soon as possible! I am fairly new to this process and any help would be most appreciated. Thank you!
