    Can you please provide me with epp key/ authorization code for me to renew my domain. We already made our payment.

    Hi there,

    You don’t need an EPP key to renew a domain. You only need that if you want to transfer your domain from us to a different registrar.

    Is this for the domain, techdent.net? That domain expired on 20 September, and has already been removed from our system, so there is no way to transfer that domain if that’s what you want to do as you no longer own it.

    You can still renew that domain, but it’s currently in redemption with our registrar. That means I need to email them and ask them to restore the domain to our account before you can renew, and they charge us $80 to restore a domain so far expired. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can start the process.

    Aside from the 80 dollars restoration few, do we also need to pay a renewal fee?
