The Venture Theme is a premium wordpress.com theme.
I guess you will need to connect your wordpress.org site to WordPress.com with jetpack plugin and then subscribe the Premium Plan to have access to this theme on a WordPress.org site

Premium Themes you buy on WordPress.com are only licensed for use on WordPress.com, and cannot be downloaded for use on a self-hosted site. To use that theme on a self-hosted WordPress site you either need the Jetpack Professional plan (NOT the premium plan as stated above) active on the site, or you can purchase the self-hosted version of the theme directly from the theme developer instead:
