Need This Cancelled and Refunded Now!

    I received an email on Saturday stating that y’all had taken $66 for our website + $18 for the domain name I asked that both be cancelled and refunded but just got an email stating that you only refunded the $18. I need the entire amount refunded please! It is very difficult to try and navigate this and I can’t seem to get any help can someone please contact me?

    The whole thing was definitely refunded, and the refund was sent on September 26.

    The $66 plan included a free domain registration, worth $18. So, you only paid $66, and that is what was sent in the refund.

    Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
