  The password recovery form doesn’t recognize my username and the password reset isn’t being sent to my inbox. I need to get access to my site, is there not a support phone number to get this resolved? I know that username is correct I’ve used it many times.

  http://kfitnesscalgary.com/wp-login.php is where I’ve been trying to login from. I need someone at wordpress to email me my password reset at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.

  I’m having the same problem with mine!

  Have you had any resolution? It says I do not have a wordpress.com or wordpress.org account.
