need this site restored

    Hello,
    Raboin Roofing failed to pay the yearly renewing WordPress hosting fees. They want to set it up now for recurring yearly autopay. However it appears that their URL at Raboin.com is no longer available. It that correct?

    If they select a new URL, can their site be restored?
