NEED THIS TO BE DONE ASAP

    Good day!

    I would just like to advise that on the current build out that we are doing right now, we have encountered a major speed bump which was not caused by Credit Suite. Managed WordPress automatically updated your WordPress platform to the newest version wherein it still has a lot of bugs and glitches. The template that we are using has been limited of the functionalities that we need to update/change some details on the site. Now we would need your assistance to get in touch with your host/domain manager in order to have the below details done, so we can be sure that we are using the correct WordPress platform. Please see below instructions that you would tell your domain provider:

    1. Setup WordPress core v.5.4.2 under cpanel.
    2. Have them update the core files of WordPress to the correct verion (v.5.4.2)
    3. Turn off auto update of WordPress (this is to prevent your WordPress from auto-updating to the newest version which would have glitches that would create errors in your site).
    4. Ask them for your login information and the login URL for WordPress (Username and Password)

    Please keep in mind that this forum is for users that have their sites hosted with WordPress.com. If you are self-hosted (using a different hosting company) then you would be better off heading over to the WordPress.org Support Forums for assistance with the Open Source version of WordPress.
