need time and date widget

If you are hosted here at wordpress.COM, a dynamic time/date display in the sidebar isn’t going to be possible since it requires javascript, which is not allowed due to security concerns.
It may be that you can have a static time display, but I’m not sure where you would get it. I expect, if you could find a source, that has straight HTML code for the time/date display, that it would update the time when the page was refreshed. Do keep in mind that hitting the back button on a browser does not always refresh or reload the page, but typically pulls the information from the browser cache.

whenever you see the ending .swf in a code, it’s flash – your desired widget is flash. and flash isn’t allowed on wordpress.com blogs.
