Need to access account

    I have another account called ‘elfelipedemama.com’ but I have lost all the back up codes in a computer that was stolen, I have changed my phone number. I can not access by any mean my other account. I have a paid plan but there is no rational way to access my other account other than with the back up codes and the SMS sent to my former phone. I need to access my account or I need my money back for the plan I have paid. Its unbelievable I can not access it due to extreme and unnecessary ‘security’ reasons. Please, get back to me at (email visible only to moderators and staff). I NEED HELP PLEASE!
