Need to access First5 San Bernardino's account

  I am new to the First 5 San Bernardino Organization. The former marketing person didn’t leave any information on passwords for this account. The vendor, Jessica Qattawi of NV Media, paid for the website renewal in January 2021. I need to have access to the account on behalf of First 5 San Bernardino. I have the renewal receipt that was completed on December 20, 2020. The payment receipt ID is #52394111 and the transaction ID: [redacted]. I have entered both in the account retrieval section, but it won’t accept it. I am asking for help.
