Need to access my wp-config.php file…from the beginning

    I have no experience with codes and configuration, and have been trying to self teach by reading through these forums. What I ultimately what to do is disable the auto save feature (or at least delay it) and turn off the auto cap feature. I have found very helpful threads on how to do so…except I have NO idea how to even access my wp-config.php in order to alter these codes. I use WP through the app on my IPad, or on iPhone, rarely will I use a desktop. If there is anyone who can help walk me through how to find this, in simple terms, it would be so greatly appreciated!
