Need to access old orders but cannot access admin site, no account logins found.
-
My website was taken offline about a year ago. However, my WooCommerce account still remained. I tried to restore my website through GoDaddy (the host and builders) but they failed as there was no save file for them to restore off of. I am in a giant case with a merchant service and need records of my old orders. I cannot access my website’s admin page (bombaybazaar.us/admin) but was wondering if I can somehow still find records of my store’s orders/activity through here or any other access point? I can prove ownership or anything needed but I really need to access my orders showing that a specific few have failed and never processed. Please let me know what I can do.

Hello there!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing difficulties with your WooCommerce order data. Unfortunately, WooCommerce doesn’t log or backup order data as the order information is stored in the database of your WordPress installation.
Regarding the WordPress.com dashboard, the reason you can see your previous WordPress site there is because you had connected your site to your WordPress.com account using the Jetpack plugin for WooCommerce services. However, it’s important to note that this connection doesn’t serve as a backup for your site. If the original site is deleted or disconnected, the associated content is also removed from your dashboard since the connection is no longer active.
If you didn’t have any backups of your site or didn’t download a complete directory, including the database, before your site went offline, and if GoDaddy has confirmed that they don’t have a backup either, I’m afraid that your content may be lost.
I understand this can be frustrating, but if you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please feel free to ask.
