Need to access on different computer.

I tried logging into my WordPress account on a different computer, it did not work. I used the exact User/ Pass I had previously been logged on with. Currently, I can work fully off my personal computer, no problems. I reset my password and it still did not let me log into a second device. On a secondary note, I was hoping to give an employee of mine access to the word press site. Unfortunately, when I add the user it does not link to their WordPress when they log in/ it does not give them any of my pages to work off. Can someone help me either log in on multiple devices or add a user to my account that allows for them to have full access. The email of the second user is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Thanks for that! We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider (Hostgator) on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look.
Since you appear to be having problems with your site installation and content, I recommend contacting Hostgator support. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem.
