  Is there a way to gain control of this site please. Its setup by employees who have since left our organisation. I’m unable to provide any of the 3 information that the auto recovery form requires, hence I’m hoping you can help me here.

  As the site in question is under the ownership of a different user, and you cannot provide any proof of ownership, I’m afraid we have limited options available. To protect user privacy and the security of account information, we cannot grant access to any account without proper verification.

  The only option is to make the site private. This would completely hide it from search engines and anyone else trying to view it.

  Hi, thanks for getting back. The only proof that I can provide is that I’m from the same organisation. My email is from the .com that matches the subdomain path. Will that help?

  Alternative, yes if you can assist us to make this site private?
