Need to Access This Blog – But Not Able to Find

We had a subdomain blog at the address: investigatorohio.wordpress.com for our website: http://www.willosecurity.com . But, we are not able to find that blog any more. Even when we are trying to create a new one using the account associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff), we are not allowed to do that. Can you please have a look into the matter & suggest us the next steps to follow?
