Need to add email accounts to this domain

Our web developer has quit and we need to add email accounts to our domain. How do we do that? I don’t see upgrade as an option in the dashboard.

We can’t help you as according to whois info, that domain is hosted by Google. You must take a look in their documentation or contact their support.

Can you tell me what DNS records (MX, TXT SPF) to add so we can use WordPress email hosting?

I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.We don’t offer email hosting for sites not hosted with us, so you should contact Siteground (who is hosting your site) and ask how you add more email accounts to your hosting account.
