need to add email storage space – nearly used my 30GB limit

    I have a Google Workspace Business Starter subscription purchased through WordPress. I’ve nearly used up the 30GB of storage for emails that comes with that and need to upgrade to increase my storage. Since I purchased this Google account through a reseller (WordPress), I cannot upgrade through Google – they refer me back to the reseller. I cannot find any way to upgrade through WordPress. Am I going to have to migrate my domain to Google so I can just deal with them directly?

    Hey there @ziongeophysics, that may your the best bet; we don’t have the same storage upgrade functionality here. To transfer, you’d cancel the upgrade here. That will automatically set you up with a 30-day trial with Google, and you would set up a new plan through them. Please bear in mind you would loose any remaining time left here, though. More details on that here.

    As alternatives, you could potentially add another account that adds 30 more GB of pooled storage, or you could offload larger items to other storage for now, then make your migration when its closer to expiration. I hope this helps!
