  In order to use that domain name for a new WordPress installation you would need to add the domain into your cPanel as an addon domain. http://support.hostgator.com/articles/cpanel/how-do-i-create-and-remove-an-addon-domain . Once you have the domain added you can then use http://support.hostgator.com/articles/specialized-help/technical/wordpress/how-to-install-wordpress to install WordPress. Note you will need to make sure your name servers are pointed to the server. It looks like you have google domains for your domain name and Hostgator for your host. To set your name servers to Hostgators name server here it the guide. https://support.google.com/domains/answer/3290309?hl=en the default Name Servers are ns1.hostgator.com and ns2.hostgator.com.
