  As I can see, the domain that you’re referring to was registered today. Newly-registered domains cannot be transferred until they are at least 60 days old. To find more information about domain transfer in the future, please follow the link:

  In addition to the above,

  While you can’t transfer your domain during the 60-day lock period, you can connect it to your site with a paid plan. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  And once you’ve owned it for at least 60 days, you can transfer it.
