Need to add WooCommerce to my web site

    WooCommerce can’t find the web site for ChihuahuanDesertConservancy.org. So I can’t add it, so I can’t set up a donation link. SquareUp can’t find my website either. Very frustrated right now.

    Hi there, WooCommerce needs to be installed on your site.
    Go to “My Sites” scroll down to “Plugins” WooCommerce will be in the featured plugins. If you dont’t see it you could type WooCommerce in the the search box.
    Since you have a paid plan you will be able to install it.
    You will have to configure the payment gateways through the WooCommerce settings.

    Is https://chihuahuandesertconservancy.org/ on the WordPress.com Business plan? That is required to use WooCommerce and plugins in general. And if you have the Business plan you’ll have access to LiveChat support rather than this forum meant mostly for free WordPress.com sites.
