Need to Be Able to Install Plug-Ins

    Hello,
    I was not aware I would be unable to use plug-ins for the plan I signed up for. Is there anyway I could get a pro-rated subscription since I just paid $102 for the plan I currently have?

    Hi there!

    I see that you have since upgraded to the WordPress.com Creator plan, which allows advanced hosting features, plugins, and third-party themes. As you may have found out, pro-rated credits are automatically added when upgrading to a higher plan, so you can upgrade to the next plan by paying the difference only. :)
