Need to be able to post in premium theme support forum

  I paid $100 for premium and $75 for Watson Premium theme, and I can only search – not post – in the premium theme support page, which means I can’t get help. I have to say too I am very irritated and do not think it is ethical to make it this hard to initiate direct contact with support personnel. I’ve paid a total of $175 and I will get the value or get the money back. WordPress Premium is fine, but The Theme Foundry concealed a serious problem with the Watson theme on their demo site and videos and I need to get a fix or a refund ASAP. Thanks for helping me before I have to escalate.
