Hello there!
Unfortunately, once a blog is deleted, you can’t revert the process and the URLs addresses associated with that blog cannot be recycled.
For more info please check this support page here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

@smbarchitects21 – is this for the domain
smbarchitects.com?Since you canceled the domain name, this means you no longer own it. To recover the domain, please let us know which of these options works best for you:
Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.
Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.
Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.
Thanks!

Hi there!
We’ve restored the domain for you. You can see it on your dashboard right away.
If you want to point the domain to an external host, please ask your host for their nameservers. You can then follow the instructions here to point the domain to their nameservers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/
Within 72 hours of adding your host’s nameservers, the domain will start loading your externally-hosted site.
Hope that helps!
