Thanks! -
Hello @vitalitywellnessmaui88,
There is no direct phone or email support through WordPress.com; staff members do answer questions on these posts, so you are in the right place!
What is the domain name you are inquiring about? I can look it up and see if it’s registered and where.

Thanks so much for your reply and willingness to help. The domain in question is:
https://vitalitywellnessmaui.wordpress.com/
I appreciate your help!!

Hi Megan,
OK, so there are two products here:
1. Your site, at https://vitalitywellnessmaui.wordpress.com/
2. The registered domain name vitalitywellnessmaui.comItem #2 was not purchased through WordPress.com – it is currently registered with GoDaddy.com and will next expire in 2019. To manage that product, you would need to log into your account with GoDaddy.com and go from there.
If you have a paid WordPress.com service associated with item #1, that should show up in your account here, under “Manage Purchases”.
I hope that make sense!

Hi Amanda
That does make sense and it is correct however Im pretty sure that I cancelled the https://vitalitywellnessmaui.wordpress.com/ domain back in the fall and received a refund for it.
When I click under manage purchases there is nothing there….strange right?

Hi Megan,
I need to cancel a domain but for some reason it isnt listed on my account…
vitalitywellnessmaui.wordpress.com is owned by vitalitywellnessmaui, so you will need to login to that account to manage the site. As helloimamanda mentioned, the domain vitalitywellnessmaui.com is registered through GoDaddy.
If you login and reply as vitalitywellnessmaui, I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have about your account and upgrades :)

Thank you for that info! I logged in as vitalitywellnessmaui and couldn’t find purchases to cancel as the original $99 fee was already refunded.
What is the next step?
I really appreciate your help:)

Hello @vitalitywellnessmaui,
If that refund was already processed, it sounds like you’re all set. Was there something else you wanted to accomplish with your WordPress.com account?

I want the site to be taken down. It’s coming up before my active site when I’m searched
-
OK. You have a few options here. The most important thing to understand is that your active site will need to overtake the old site organically as far as search rankings are concerned. Deleting the site does not immediately remove it from, for example, Google.
The least destructive option is something like putting a front page on vitalitywellnessmaui.wordpress.com letting visitors know you’ve moved, so they don’t hit a dead site when they click your search result.
However, you can also fully delete the site, as well as a few options in between. Those options are explained here.
Let us know if you have any specific questions about these options! :)

Hi vitalitywellnessmaui,
I logged in as vitalitywellnessmaui and couldn’t find purchases to cancel as the original $99 fee was already refunded.
The domain vitalitywellnessmaui.com is registered through GoDaddy and was mapped to your WordPress.com site. The plan (and domain mapping) was cancelled and fully refunded last year.
I want the site to be taken down. It’s coming up before my active site when I’m searched
vitalitywellnessmaui.wordpress.com has already been deleted. If you want to request that Google remove your old content from search results, you can try using their ‘Remove outdated content’ tool:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals
You can also submit the URL of your new site to Google:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url
Also bear in mind it can take search engines 4-6 weeks to index and new sites and changes.
Let me know if there is anything else you would like to know.

Thank you so much for all the support everyone! I really appreciate how clear and helpful you both were. Thank you also for including the direct links to everything, made the process super efficient!
Aloha:)
