Need to cancel a domain payment

    I was trying to complete a payment for a domain and somehow checked out twice? I was charged for a domain I didn’t want in addition to the one I was attempting to check out with on purpose. I wanted to purchase one and I did but I seem to have acquired an extra, which I do not want. Is there anyway to reverse the charge for that second domain?

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and saw that back on 1/2/16, you purchased two domains, justastorypod.com and justastorycom.com. justastorycom.com was deactivated and you were issued a refund for that purchase. It takes 7-10 business days for you to see that refund reflect on your bank statement.
