Need To Cancel a Paid Upgrade That Is Not Showing Up In My 'Paid Upgrades' Section

Hello,
I was charged TWICE for a ‘Paid Upgrade.’ Of which, when I went to cancel, I was only refunded ONCE. The cost was $13 for a Domain Mapping upgrade. When I go to the ‘Paid Upgrades’ section within my account, the space is completely empty. I do not know how else to go about cancelling this SECOND charge. I’m very frustrated and I was wrongfully charged and not refunded my $13. I would like to please be refunded my second $13 and cancel the SECOND charge of Domain Mapping. My order # is 16119411.
I’m very frustrated and cannot find another contact method for support.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.

I see that the refund for the second mapping purchase was successfully made on 3/19. It can take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
