Need to cancel and I can’t figure out how.

I just got auto billed $96 for the upcoming year because I cant figure out who to cancel
this. I don’t even know how to log in and I can’t find any normal way to contact anyone. Jesus Christ…I really didn’t need this right now. -
Sorry to hear that the autorenewal is proving frustrating to sort out. We can absolutely help get you on the right track.
The issue is likely that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel/refund the upgrade.
If you do not have access to that user account, the fast way to a resolution is to use our “why was I charged?” system:
