Hi, I was charged for an account that was canceled and I haven’t used in over a year. Domain: babeswhobusiness.com
I would like to make sure this is canceled this time and a refund of the $96 taken from checking as I stated, this has not been used in over a year and should have been canceled.Thank you.

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

Hi Darnell,
I have tried everything to access my old account that this is tied to and I am unable to. The only thing I know is that it’s babeswhobusiness.com, and I have an email (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when I try to reset the password nothing is coming to that or my personal email.

Hi bbbb555, that’d explain it — the address you listed is not the one on file. We do see though that a few password reset emails have been sent to and received by the correct email account. So it’s likely just a matter of remembering which one that is. We can’t give it out here, so I’d recommend just checking each email account until you find the right one.

As I stated previously, it’s been over a year since I’ve done anything with this. I have logged into the only emails that I have access to and do not see anything. One being (email visible only to moderators and staff) which should have been what is tied to this. Not sure who I can talk to in order to get this resolved but I need someone that can actually help me RECOVER my account so that I can get this taken care of.

If you’re trying to regain access to the account, please follow our account recovery process here:
If your credit card was used to pay for upgrades on the site you will have transaction ID required for verification, as it appears directly on your credit card statement. Once you submit that form someone will reply to you via email to give you the correct login info for the account, and help you change it if necessary.

I contacted my bank and they stated we do not have transaction #s but they gave me a reference # for that purchase of $96 taken from my checking on 7/31 and the number is: 542105.
This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I’m getting no where with these except just copying and pasting of BS scripts that are getting me NO WHERE. HOW IS THIS GETTING RESOLVED???????!!!!!

No one’s pasting scripts. If you weren’t able to get through the account recovery with you transaction ID, we will email you, so you can send us the transaction ID that way.
I’m sure you can understand we don’t want random people claiming to you to come in and get your site shut down, so please bear with us while we work through this verification.
