Need to cancel domain asap

  Hi,

  There isn’t an option to cancel automatic the automatic renewal on the “my upgrades” page.

  Please help me to cancel my domain citypeoplecapetown.org immediately.

  I have already moved the primary domain elsewhere so no problem cancelling.

  The WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of the upgrade in question (the citypeoplecapetown.org domain). That is why you are having trouble canceling it.

  You will need to log in with the user account that owns the domain.

  Thank you timethief and rootjosh, that was perfect advice. I logged in with the correct credentials and disabled the autorenew so now it’ll die by itself :-). Happy New Year to you both!
