Need to cancel domain mapping services for another wordpress account

    I used to work at another company that used wordpress’ domain mapping services. I need to cancel that service but I can’t log into the other account because the email used for that account no longer exists and I can’t contact the person who owned that email. However, that account is using my credit card and I have the credit card information. How can I shut down this service? Thanks!

    Can you go to wpchrg.com and enter the information there in the secure form? Then you’ll be able to reach out to billing directly.
