Need to cancel Domain Registration

  Hi, I have an auto-renewal for Domain Registration on my account and I need to cancel. There is no option for me to do so under Purchases. I’ve searched through Forum posts, including ‘Click on My Site(s) → Upgrades→ Purchases and select a purchase.
  Under Subscription Renewal, toggle OFF’

  There are no ‘Purchases’ listed on my face, however I’m still getting billed annually. Please help!

  Hi metabreakr, I wasn’t able to cancel anything. My purchases screen has been saying that I have no purchases, yet I’m still getting billed and charged annually. This is why I need help.
