Need to cancel Jetpack Personal for this site

    Hello,

    I’m trying to cancel my Jetpack Personal subscription for a site that’s no longer active. The site doesn’t appear on my Purchases page, but I receive monthly emails stating that Jetpack cannot back up the site, so I assume it’s active.

    How do I cancel so I’m not charged?

  • Hi! You’ve landed on the support forums for sites hosted with WordPress.com; were you intending to contact the Jetpack team directly? If so, then while logged in on your WordPress.com account, you can get in touch with them here:
    jetpack.com/contact-support/

    That said, it doesn’t look like there are any active subscriptions on your account relating to worldoftrid.com if this was the site you were referring to?

    If those emails are coming to a different email address than the one associated with this account, it might be worth checking if you have a second account associated with that email address; it could be that you have a lurking subscription on a second account.

    Thanks for the clarity – I reached out the Jetpack and they were able to resolve. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
