Need to cancel Jetpack Personal for this site

Hello,
I’m trying to cancel my Jetpack Personal subscription for a site that’s no longer active. The site doesn’t appear on my Purchases page, but I receive monthly emails stating that Jetpack cannot back up the site, so I assume it’s active.
How do I cancel so I’m not charged?

jetpack.com/contact-support/That said, it doesn’t look like there are any active subscriptions on your account relating to
worldoftrid.comif this was the site you were referring to?If those emails are coming to a different email address than the one associated with this account, it might be worth checking if you have a second account associated with that email address; it could be that you have a lurking subscription on a second account.
