Need to cancel my domain and get fully refunded now.

  My user ID is kippoui2day. I have only registered kippoui.net 24 hours ago.
  I mistook wordpress.com and wordpress.org. I found wordpress.com is completely useless to me. I need to cancel my domain kippoui.net.
  When I clicked the Cancel and Refund button, it says “Domains registered on WordPress.com cannot be deleted here”.
  There is no way I can do anything now. Who should I talk to? Please provide help.
  I never thought I could get this helpless with wordpress.

  Your purchase of WordPress.com Premium was cancelled and refunded. Your domain has not been cancelled yet because you would lose control of the domain if it is cancelled here and you may not be able to get it back. When a domain is cancelled, it goes back to the registrar, who may already have someone waiting to buy it, or may put up up for auction.

  What I have done is refunded you the cost of your domain as well, while keeping it on your account. That way you won’t lose it, and can either transfer it out, or map it to a site hosted elsewhere.

  I don’t need my domain any more. I can compromise with other domain names.
  I just want to get fully refunded and get completely isolated from wordpress.com please. I don’t need it.

  Please release kippoui.net to the registrar. Let me register it from another DNS. I don’t want to spend time on this platform any more. This has already made me super depressed.

  I have received confirmation email. I feel very much relieved.
