  I’m not showing any paid upgrades on the site claimprizespecialbusinessblogrusticrefinedbout.wordpress.com – so there’s nothing to cancel.

  If you want to delete the website, you can delete it by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  Please note that when you delete a site, you won’t be able to reuse the claimprizespecialbusinessblogrusticrefinedbout.wordpress.com URL at a later date.
