Need to cancel my subscription and domain

Hello, I need to cancel my $5/monthly plan, because I am having difficulties with updating my website. It has been two years that I have my website with you, having the online chat feature removed is destroying my life. Reaching out to an agent through the box message located on your website seems to be the only way to communicate to an agent. Your agents are telling me that I can get the online chat feature by getting the Pro plan, which it costs way more. I am not interested to pay more than what I am paying at this moment.
I need to cancel my plan and my domain.
I would like to get a refund for the remaining months until my subscription ends and get a full refund for the domain.Thank you!

To cancel a paid plan, you must do this yourself at https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/.
Also note wordpress.com has limited refund windows, https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/ -
