Need to cancel premium about get refund

    I need to cancel my paid premium membership and get a refund. Is there a customer service phone number?

    Hi @maschadt, we don’t have a call center, but it looks like you’ve already successfully cancelled and refunded. Since the refund was processed the same day your payment was made, your card company or bank may simply void the entire transaction, or it may show up as a refund in several business days.
