Need to Cancel Premium – Issue Refund

    Somehow my credit card was charged for a Premium upgrade on an account that I’m an ADMIN on, but I do not have access to ‘cancel’ the upgrade. I was helping him explore the use of WP.com for his business, the account is not being actively used and does not require an upgrade… not sure how that happened in signup to try WP.com

    I canceled and refunded that WordPress.com Premium plan for you, as requested. (Please note it can take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)

    If the site owner would like to repurchase that Premium plan, he can do that from his plans page here: https://wordpress.com/plans/
