  Hi, I can’t able to install free plugin, when i try to install free plugin, it shows upgrade pro plan for yearly free domain something, i don’t have any planing about free domain, please cancel it,

  We have no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into.

  And, the site you listed is still under our free plan.

  As for plugins, a Pro plan is indeed required to use plugins here: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/
