I got a brief notice that I would be charged on my credit card for another year, and I don’t want to renew. How can I cancel this subscription? Thanks Erika Hatcher

What are the exact URLs of the websites you need help with? Without that we cannot give you an accurate reply.

I am not sure which one its trying to renew, but I think its the bashes of lashes. Thanks

There are not any upgrades connected to this user account. You’re signed in as hatchem72. Please try to sign in to WordPress.com using the email address where the notification renewal was delivered. That email will also say which site is being renewed.

glamormoms.wordpress.com is a free site, these do not expire or need to be renewed.

@hatchem72 As @lizkarkowski mentioned, there’s no charges on the account you are logged in with. Only the account that made the purchase can cancel it. Please try her above suggestions.

Do you still have access to the renewal notification that we emailed? In that email there will be a site mentioned. Please let me know which site is mentioned there.

You will need to sign in to WordPress.com with the email address that this renewal was delivered to. Each WordPress.com account requires a unique email address.

No, I don’t think I have it, and I just noticed they charged me anyway. How can I get this unregistered and canceled? Can I still get my refund?

I will be happy to issue a refund if it’s eligible. First, we need to hear from you under the account connected to the upgrade. The account that you’re signed in with, hatchem72 does not have any upgrades connected to it, there’s nothing to refund on that account.
