    Hello
    I have initiated another wordpress. Is it possible to get reimbursed for the recent $300 withdrawal and have this account canceled? Please advise

    Hi yowtzm,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any paid upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you have another account. What is the address of the site you paid to upgrade? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, a site link is all I need for now.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of yowtzm and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. If you reply to me from that account, I should be able to look at a refund.

    Is yowtzm the account you wish to close?
