To which transaction are you referring?
The account you’re using to post here bought a domain mapping upgrade from us in May 2016, and cancelled it a week later. You can see the receipts for those transactions at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
There has been no other transactions on this account since then, you don’t currently own any upgrades with us, and we don’t even have a valid credit card on file for you.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
